The vision is to provide firms with an end to end solution, from raising indent at the shop floor to fulfilment of that particular item.

This role is the backbone of our execution engine.
Role Overview
In industrial procurement, trust is built on delivery reliability. Pricing may win the first order. Fulfilment wins the second.
We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Manager who can design and manage a lean, high-efficiency fulfilment network across multi-vendor industrial categories.
You will ensure:
- Orders are fulfilled accurately
- Dispatch timelines are predictable
- Freight costs are optimized
- Customers receive on-time deliveries
You will build operational reliability at scale.
What You Will Own
Multi-Vendor Order Coordination
- •Coordinate dispatches from multiple suppliers
- •Consolidate shipments where possible
- •Ensure vendor SLAs are followed
- •Reduce split shipments
Freight & Transport Optimization
- •Negotiate with transporters
- •Manage LTL (Less-than-truckload) and FTL shipments
- •Optimize freight cost per kg / per order
- •Build regional logistics partners network
Dispatch & Delivery SLAs
- •Track TAT (Turnaround Time)
- •Build escalation matrix for delays
- •Monitor fill rate & OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
Reverse Logistics & Returns
- •Manage damaged goods
- •Handle replacement coordination
- •Minimize refund leakage
Systems & Process Building
- •Design SOPs for order flow
- •Work closely with tech team on order tracking system, vendor dispatch dashboard, and shipment visibility
Warehouse Strategy (If Applicable Later)
- •Evaluate need for micro-warehousing
- •Decide when to go asset-light vs stocking
- •Optimize working capital impact
Key Metrics You Will Be Judged On
Who We're Looking For
- •2+ years in logistics / supply chain operations
- •Experience in B2B / industrial / MRO / manufacturing preferred
- •Strong transporter & freight network
- •Knows how to manage multi-SKU, multi-vendor dispatch environments
- •Structured thinker — builds SOPs
- •Comfortable working in early-stage ambiguity
- •Data-oriented but operationally sharp
