Role Overview

We are hiring a Category Sourcing Lead (MRO) who deeply understands industrial indirect procurement and has strong vendor relationships across key manufacturing categories.

You will build and own the vendor ecosystem across high-volume MRO categories, negotiate aggressively, onboard reliable vendors, and ensure competitive pricing with quality assurance.

You will directly impact:

• Gross margins
• Fulfilment reliability
• Customer trust
